We are looking for a Support & Operations Specialist who is eager to learn and grow with our client, a big IT company in Rotterdam!
Join a dynamic team of 11 dedicated professionals as a Business Operations Team Member. This role focuses on operational support rather than development, emphasizing customer engagement and service management.

- Monitor and manage incoming support requests and inquiries via designated channels (e.g., mailbox and ticketing systems);
- Oversee and analyze traffic data to identify anomalies and performance issues;
- Assist and guide customers through onboarding processes for various services;
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to address service disruptions proactively;
- Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate support within the team as needed.
A great full-time role (36 hours), with hybrid work (with Monday and Thursday working from the office at a prime location in Rotterdam). You will be on a flex contract via our agency. The salary for this position will range between €3500 - €5000 gross per month, depending on your education and seniority. Please note that in order to be considered for this role, you need to be based in the Netherlands.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
* Experience in customer support, particularly with technical queries;* Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Apigee, Elastic, or OpenSearch;
* Understanding of operational processes related to API management and service onboarding;
* Basic technical knowledge to address general questions;
Ability to handle support requests and manage service tickets (e.g., ServiceNow);
* Organized and ambitious;
* Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset;
* Team player, open-minded, eager to learn, and possesses a sense of humor;
* Independent but not afraid to ask for help.
* Proactive with a goal of providing the best customer experience.
