Maintenance Technician – Technical challenges without the night shifts!
At TopFresh, you’ll work with modern machinery in a clean and expanding production environment – without the burden of heavy three-shift schedules.
Your work:
- Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on machines and installations;
- Contributing ideas for technical improvements;
- Working across two locations in Kraggenburg;
- Occasionally handling breakdown service or weekend maintenance (with compensation).
What you bring:
- MBO level 3 (or equivalent) in a technical field;
- Experience as a mechanic/technician;
- Flexible attitude (willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule );
- Eager to learn and technically sharp.

- 26 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance;
