• Development & realization of tools
Both prototype tools for small-scale productions and complex molds for large series are developed, including large-scale follow-cut bending tools.
• Maintenance and revision
Tools are not only manufactured but also maintained and overhauled. This ensures long-term usability with minimal start-up problems.
• Production of precision components
The organization produces fine mechanical precision parts, ranging from single pieces to medium-sized series.
• Modern production facilities
The machinery includes CNC-controlled operations, robot-controlled pallet changers, five-axis milling machines, grinding and wire EDM machines, as well as various sawing installations.

• Grinding CNC cutting tools;
• Grinding conventional cutting tools;
• Checking production quality;
• Responsible for all routine tasks and associated quality;
• Ensuring optimal planning/work sequence.
  Work is done both in day shifts and in 2-shift systems.
• 2-shift schedule:
  Week 1: Mon/Thu 06:00–14:45, Fri 06:00–12:00
  Week 2: Mon/Thu 14:45–23:30, Fri 12:00–18:00

• MBO (intermediate vocational) work and thinking level;
• Affinity for technology;
• Accurate and able to work completely independently;
• Several years of experience with CNC grinding in a similar role;
• Proactive and decisive attitude.
