This department is responsible for manufacturing the ball of a towbar using machining processes. The position involves working in a 2-shift system, with working hours from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am. As an operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and adjusting the machine;
- Operating the machine;
- Identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions;
- Conducting quality control checks.
As an operator, you will receive comprehensive training to operate every machine in the department. Upon joining Brink Towing Systems, you will undergo an onboarding process to quickly become independent. It's essential for an operator to have a proactive approach and the right work ethic.
