- Prepares comprehensive quotations in accordance with internal sales guidelines, clearly detailing technical specifications, pricing, and terms;
- Ensures the accuracy and quality of all quotations, maintaining high standards and exceeding customer expectations;
- Manages the entire quotation and order process, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Maintains organized customer records in the digital archive and handles related correspondence;
- Coordinates with product managers to resolve technical queries and stay informed about product updates and releases;
- Drafts functional specifications and initiates quote requests with the Purchasing department.

Functie eisen
- Brings a strong technical background with a keen eye for precision, particularly in interpreting and working with layout drawings
- Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical and commercial information
- Demonstrates a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or MBO+ level qualification in a technical or commercial discipline
- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in a general commercial support role, ideally within a technical environment
