- Perform quality assurance testing and diagnostics on electronic components and systems;
- Conduct soldering and manual repairs with precision and care;
- Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to resolve technical issues;
- Maintain documentation and reports related to testing and quality control;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality targets under pressure;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes.

Functie eisen
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- Good manual skills and soldering experience;
- Preferably 1+ year of work experience in the power supply or a related industry;
- Strong knowledge of electronic components;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in virtual teams;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
- Strong sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines and schedules;
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet repair/quality targets;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a second or third European language is a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
