We are looking for a high-potential professional who can manage our own multi-million-euro portfolio.

This is the role
As our Account Manager, you report directly to the Sales Manager EMEA. You become part of a talented, collaborative five-person commercial team where sales and engineering closely coordinate to provide top-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  • The mission. You manage a starting portfolio of €2M - €3M. While 80% of your focus is on maintaining our high-value recurring revenue base, the remaining 20% is dedicated to pure growth. You are responsible for bringing in new clients and leads to ensure we hit our ambitious expansion targets.
  • The "Market Chameleon." You will take tactical ownership of core segments like Pool, Water, or Cathodic Protection. You’ll act as our primary liaison for the French region, our largest international foothold, ensuring Elicron remains the preferred premium partner.
  • Value over price. We are often the most expensive supplier in the room. You don’t sell based on price. You sell on technical excellence and lifecycle value. You’ll navigate complex objections by proving why our quality is worth the premium.
  • Internal orchestration. You aren't a lone wolf. You will bridge the gap between customer demands and our internal Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure our premium promise is met.

Who you are

  • You possess high-level strategic intelligence combined with a pragmatic, "get-it-done" attitude.
  • You view a premium price as a badge of quality and understand that repeat business is the foundation, but new business is the engine. You have the grit to defend margins and the relational impact to build instant trust.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree (Technical + MBA preferred) and have 2-3 years of experience, ideally within process tech, chemicals, or engineered products.
  • Fluent English is mandatory for our global operations. Since France represents 35% of our revenue, French language skills are a major advantage.

  • Salary: a gross annual salary of € 58.320,- to € 64.800,- based on a 38-hour workweek, including 8% holiday allowance. This translates to € 4.500 to € 5.000,- a month, excluding 8% holiday allowance.
  • Bonus: in accordance with company policy.
  • Pension: benefit from our exempted pension scheme, which is significantly more favorable than the standard industry scheme.
  • Extras: 25 vacation days and a €15 monthly sports allowance.
