At Career Control, we are looking for an energetic Accounts Receivable employee (40 hours) who stands out for their enthusiasm and excellent communication skills. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic organization where no two days are the same.
As an Accounts Receivable professional, you will take on a diverse role, managing receivables, performing general ledger tasks, and frequently interacting with customers and colleagues over the phone.
Your responsibilities:
- Posting bank transactions and salaries for multiple entities
- Processing click-and-collect bookings
- Running and reviewing delivery stop lists
- Supporting reconciliations
- Collaborating with Sales and liaising with the Credit Controller when needed
- Reviewing and correcting general ledger accounts
- Contributing ideas to improve workflows and processes
- Based on your experience, a gross salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.700,- based on 40 hours
- 37 holidays per year and a salary of 38 hours or a 40-hour salary per month with still 25 holidays.
