For a medium-sized, artisanal furniture manufacturer in Leende, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made wooden furniture. The company specializes in bespoke solid oak designs and delivers both individual pieces and full interiors to private and commercial clients. Everything is developed, produced, and delivered in-house – from raw plank to finished product.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of skilled craftsmen where quality, precision, and customer focus are key. The atmosphere is informal yet professional: colleagues know each other well, work hard, and enjoy a good laugh. Communication lines are short, allowing quick coordination between workshop and office. Initiative is appreciated, and there’s room to contribute ideas for process or product improvement.

The working environment is spacious and well-equipped, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Expect CNC saws, professional tools, and workstations where craftsmanship takes center stage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and processing wood for production (cutting, sanding, treating)

• Operating tools and machinery for woodworking (saws, drills, etc.)

• Assembling wooden parts according to technical specs or blueprints

• Finishing and inspecting the final products (sanding, quality control, etc.)

• Helping out with warehouse and logistics tasks when needed

• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized

• Supporting your team with other tasks when necessary

• You have an EU passport or nationality

• You speak basic to good English

• You hold a valid driving license

• You’re open to relocating and living in the Netherlands

• You have some hands-on experience with wood, carpentry, furniture assembly, or similar

• You’re motivated, reliable, and ready to work!

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
• You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
• We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-

Must-haves: EU nationality, English language skills, valid driving license
