Aluminium Windows, Doors and Frames Production Worker

Our client is a production company based in Roosendaal, specialised in manufacturing aluminium windows, doors and frames for the construction and façade industry. Craftsmanship and precision are central: every product is made with attention to detail and quality. You'll join a close-knit team of skilled professionals, with room for independence and personal responsibility within the production process.

As a production employee, you're responsible for independently producing and assembling aluminium windows, doors and frames. You work precisely according to drawings and specifications, ensuring every product meets the required quality standards. You recognise and process aluminium profiles and components, and identify deviations in good time. Thanks to your experience in this specific trade, you can start working independently from day one. Occasional overtime may be required.

• Independently producing and assembling aluminium windows, doors and frames
• Working according to drawings and specifications
• Processing and machining aluminium profiles
• Checking the quality of the end product
• Identifying deviations in the production process
• Maintaining the machines and tools used

• Proven experience with aluminium windows, doors and frames (experience with wood/PVC/plastic alone is not sufficient)
• You work independently, precisely and in a structured way
• Able to read and work from technical drawings
• In possession of an EU passport — a residence permit is not sufficient
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Gross hourly rate: between €18.46 and €20.19 per hour, depending on experience

• Overtime allowance, calculated on your base hourly rate

• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre

• Weekly salary payment

• 24 vacation days

• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension base

• Working hours: day shift, full-time (40 hours) — 08:00-16:30

• Occasional overtime may occur
