Application Specialist InforLN

The Job:

As Application Specialist Infor LN you are responsible for securing the control model and safeguarding a smooth connection, linking the end-to-end business process in ERP. Another part of the job is supporting practice sessions and coordinate integrations.

Tasks & responsibilities:

This is a part-time role (aprox. 16h/wk). In this role you act as the ERP owner overseeing the value chains and as specialist make ERP design choices and prevent that those choices block future improvements on the Digital roadmap. In this role you work together with the ERP architects of the central InforLN BIS team.

This role reports to the IT Business Partner Digital Transformation and to the Project Leader ERP Infor LN.

Responsibilities:

• Securing the control model for end-to-end business processes in ERP;
• Safeguarding a smooth connection linking the end-to-end business process in ERP;
• Act as the ERP owner overseeing the value chains;
• Prevent ERP designs blocking future improvements on the Digital roadmap;
• Push for standardization and integration, challenge process choices;
• Align requirements and priorities between the ETG companies and departments;
• Rank priorities of requests/issues (MOSCOW rating);
• Securing and sustaining ERP knowledge as capability, being the ‘go-to’ person.

Your profile

• Knowledge of manufacturing company processes, curious to know more;
• Able to match improvement requests with high level business requirements;
• Supporting role to define/verify solution directions (define Functional requirements) for improvement requests;
• Strong relations within the company (EHV) to secure up-to-date knowledge of process and challenges;
• Strong relations within the ETG group and VDL HQ to follow new developments and secure up-to-date knowledge of process and challenges;
• Knowledge of the setup of the Infor LN system; curious to know more.
