Youre someone who enjoys practical, hands-on technical work and takes pride in doing things right. In addition, you bring:
- MBO-level education or equivalent technical experience
- Experience in a assembly environment
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, electrical systems, or combustion engines is an advantage
- The ability to read, write, and speak Dutch or English so you can understand work instructions
- A starting salary between 3.334,00 and 3.473,00 gross per month, depending on your experience and qualifications
- An ADV allowance of 5.38% on top of your hourly wage
- Travel allowance of up to 9 per day
- Employment under the Metalektro collective labor agreement (CAO)
- A pleasant and informal working atmosphere in a stable international company
- A full-time position in day shift (07:00-16:00)

As an Assembly Technician, you play a key role in building high-quality, innovative machines. You work from 07:00 to 16:00 in a structured and hands-on environment, where no two days are the same.
Your daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions, and consulting with colleagues whenever needed. You prepare materials and components for assembly and assemble parts using hand tools and measuring equipment. This includes working with electrical and hydraulic connections, adhesive bonding, and tightening components according to torque specifications. You also ensure that tools, machines, and equipment are well maintained.
In addition, you accurately register completed tasks and materials in the system, test components using measuring instruments, and actively contribute ideas to improve processes on the production floor.
