Assembly Operator

📍 Tholen | Full-time | Day shift

For an international technical manufacturing company in Tholen, we are looking for a Technical Assembly Worker.

You will contribute to the production of high-quality technical products that are used worldwide. Previous experience in assembly or a technical environment is an advantage, but not required. You will receive proper training and learn the job step by step.

As a Technical Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for carefully assembling technical components and products.

• Assemble and install technical components
• Work according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Use various hand tools and machines
• Check dimensions, quality and correct assembly
• Learn to read and understand technical drawings step by step
• Perform your work accurately and safely
• Think along with the production process and suggest improvements
• Work together with colleagues as part of a professional production team

You don't need to be an experienced technician for this position. Motivation and technical understanding are more important than experience.

• Experience in assembly, mechanical assembly, production or a technical environment is an advantage, but not required

• €3,200 – €3,500 gross per month
• Full-time position
• You will initially start through a payroll agency
