As an Assembly Worker, you will assemble high-quality mechanical and mechatronic products in a modern cleanroom environment. Working from technical drawings and work instructions, you will assemble components, perform quality inspections, and ensure every product meets the highest quality standards.

Over het bedrijfOur client is a leading development and manufacturing partner in the high-tech industry with locations in Hoofddorp and Vessem. The company specializes in pneumatics, vacuum technology, fluid control, and damping technology, developing and assembling high-quality mechatronic modules and systems for customers in the semiconductor, automation, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Wat wij vragenTo be successful in this role, you have:
- A completed MBO education in a technical field or equivalent technical work experience
- Experience with mechanical, technical, or precision assembly
- The ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Cleanroom experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
- A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
- A full-time position (36–40 hours per week)
- Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,000 (based on 40 hours)
- 16% shift allowance
