As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll be directing a team of 35 to 45 colleagues on the logistics floor each day. You're the right hand of the Team Leader and step up when they're away, making sure all orders are processed smoothly and accurately. Your role is key: you coach the team, keep the vibe positive, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You keep an eye on priorities, help out with process improvements, and pitch in on the floor yourself so you always have a good overview and can quickly step in where needed.

- A gross monthly salary up to €2,840 based on a 40-hour workweek
- Pension plan and 27 vacation days for full-time employees
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km, even if you come by bike (up to 25 km one way)
- Workweek from Monday to Friday, with possible Sunday/Saturday shifts during busy periods
