You will start your day planning and assigning tasks, closely monitoring the workflow and stepping in when needed. You are the go-to person for your team and work closely with the teamleader. You will be active on various logistics departments such as inbound, outbound, and returns.

As an assistant teamleader, every day brings something new. You are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. Functie eisen
- Experience in logistics, preferably with some leadership background
- Full-time availability for two shifts (06:30-15:30 and 16:00-01:00), including occasional Sunday evening duty (once every six weeks)
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Polish is a plus, but not required)
- Sense of responsibility
- Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
