Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.

• Effectively manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

• Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.

• Continuously share market insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment.

• Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.

• Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
