You will be working for the international market leader in potato processing, with more than 50 factories across 12 countries.
About the Position
You will join the Processing Department, responsible for turning raw potatoes into delicious fries.
As a Batter Operator, you will work in the part of the factory where products are coated with a batter — a type of liquid mixture or layer that covers the product before it is pre-fried or frozen. You will operate and monitor this installation.
Main Responsibilities
Setting, adjusting, and fine-tuning the batter installation
Performing quality checks, calculations, and measurements of the batter mix based on product specifications, and recording results in digital systems
Preparing and mixing the batter
Starting up and shutting down equipment on the production line
Connecting big bags to the unloading station using appropriate equipment
Performing technical checks on the mixing installation using a checklist
Inspecting and documenting product and waste quality using standard measurement procedures
Working Conditions
You will work in a 5-shift system
Hourly wage: €15.50
When working continuously at 139.5%, the hourly wage equals €21.62
The interview will take place face-to-face at the company location.
