You bring:
- A completed MBO, HBO or Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a GMP or cleanroom environment.
- A precise and quality-driven way of working.
- The ability to work according to detailed procedures and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driving licence, as public transport is limited during some shifts.
Cleanroom Production Operator
You bring:
- MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking level, preferably in a technical, production, logistics or scientific field.
- Experience in production, logistics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cleanrooms or another regulated environment is an advantage.
- A hands-on mentality and strong attention to detail.
- A responsible approach to quality, safety and following procedures.

- The flexibility to switch between tasks and priorities when required.
- A willingness to learn and develop within GMP manufacturing.
- Good written and spoken English.
Biotech Associate
Gross salary: 2,800 - 3,800 per month, depending on your knowledge, experience and added value.

Biotech Associate
As a Biotech Associate, you will be part of a specialized production team working on advanced cell therapy processes. You will perform a range of hands-on activities in a GMP cleanroom and ensure that production is carried out safely, accurately and according to established procedures.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Performing cell and tissue culture activities in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Supporting processes such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
- Working with aseptic techniques in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Recording production activities accurately in batch documentation.
- Identifying and reporting deviations or quality-related issues.
- Supporting continuous improvement within the production process.
- Working closely with colleagues from Manufacturing, QA, QC and MSAT.
Working according to a 5-shift schedule: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts and 2 night shifts.
