The role of Process Analyst offers the opportunity to enhance the reliability and performance of financial services linked to advertising processes. This position requires a keen understanding of data flow within IT systems and the ability to configure and integrate data streams effectively.
As a Process Analyst, you will utilize your analytical skills to map processes, validate stakeholder requirements across various domains, and ensure alignment with external teams. Focus on identifying risks and opportunities while prioritizing innovation strategies that support ongoing financial processes and meet the needs of advertisers. This is a temporary role, starting from August until the end of 2025.

- Analyze and automate budget management and invoicing processes, considering impact across the entire process chain.
- Drive product improvement and innovation by leveraging data insights, particularly using BigQuery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Manage projects from initiation to implementation and ongoing optimization, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and act as a technical advisor.
A nice assignment in Utrecht from August to December 2025, for 32 hours per week. For this assignment, you will be employed with us under a flexible contract. The salary ranges from € 5000 to € 6000 gross per month. You will work two to three days a week at the office of our client in Utrecht and have the flexibility to work from home on the remaining days.
How we'll proceed. Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process. Functie eisen
* Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in product-led or agile environments.* Experience working with BigQuery.
* Proficient in designing and improving administrative or financial processes.
* Strong understanding of financial, legal, and compliance requirements.
* Comfortable working in a technology-centric setting and capable of communicating effectively with developers.
* Proactive and independent work ethic, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with a variety of analytical tools and willingness to learn new technologies beyond Excel.
