What you’ll do
- Support planning processes across budgeting, rolling forecasting and mid-term (strategic) planning;
- Consolidate planning outcomes across channels, countries and functions (Excel skills matter, especially in peak periods);
- Support and improve planning/reporting tooling and ensure consistency in reporting and processes across the business;
- Deliver first-line analyses that highlight insights, trends and risks to accelerate decision-making;
- Support business partnering across channels (wholesale, retail, ecommerce), countries and functions (e.g. Product, Marketing);
- Support business case development (e.g. shop-in-shop investments, marketing ROI, new category models, opening new countries);
- Monitor financial performance and help strengthen an accountability-driven culture;
- Support financial presentations for senior management with clear insights on performance, variances and trends;
- Experience with S&OP processes is a strong bonus.

- You become a go-to person for reliable reporting and data consistency;
- Consolidation and core planning files are structured, owned and under control;
- Your first-line analyses help decisions move faster;
- The team spends less time on data prep and more time on business impact.

What you bring
- HBO or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Control;
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Control, FP&A or Audit;
- Strong analytical mindset plus process and system skills;
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a strong plus;
- Experience with Navision, Business Central or QlikSense is a bonus;
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of how you work is a plus;
- Fluency in English (international growth means it matters); Dutch is a plus;
- Curious, independent and proactive working style.
