Your responsibilities:
- Provide support to Nordics regional select site managers on cross-functional topics;
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and actionable insights to support operational and tactical decision-making;
- Contribute to core financial processes, including cost control, month-end closing, and year-end closing;
- Lead and support business planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives;
- Work with financial master data, requesting new objects and keeping the data up to date such as dashboard reports;
- Support business case evaluation for certain activities and decisions;
- Assist in supplier contract evaluations and provide financial input to commercial discussions;
- Identify, assess, and communicate business risks and opportunities, including recommendations for mitigation or value creation;
- Partner closely with stakeholders to enhance financial performance and support informed decision-making;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting quality, operational efficiency, and financial transparency;
- Collaborate with the Record-to-Report function in the execution of audit-related activities and accounting processes;
- Support in ad hoc analysis and developing of new or improvement of existing reports as needed.

Functie eisen
- Bachelor degree (or similar experience based level) in a relevant field (i.e. controlling, economics, accounting or finance);
- 4+ years of experience in a finance role including business partnering;
- You have been preciously responsible for organizing and delivering planning and control cycles and performance management for business segments;
- SAP and PBI experience is beneficial;
- Excellent understanding of financials and KPIs;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing (fluency in English is a must);
- Pro-active mindset, showing the ability to problem solve and charter new ways of working.
