Cutting and trimming meat parts for bacon production
-
Preparing and processing raw materials according to internal quality standards

Curing, seasoning and further processing of meat products

Operating and monitoring production equipment

Carrying out quality and hygiene controls

Complying with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
-
Completed training as a butcher or comparable qualification
-
Experience in meat processing, ideally in bacon or cured product production

Technical understanding in handling production machinery

Careful and hygiene-conscious working style

Willingness to work in a production environment

Ability to work in a team and reliability
