CE Chauffeur

This company is a large, stable player in the food processing industry. The company processes supplied components into finished products and delivers them to various customers throughout the country. With a large team of permanent employees, the organization is known for a pleasant work atmosphere, short lines of communication, and attention to the long term. As a CE driver, you are responsible for driving daily trips between the location in Ommel and various warehouses in the Netherlands. You drive with a regular trailer and make an average of 4 to 8 stops per day. For some stops, you assist with loading and unloading, for other stops you do not - this varies per trip. This involves national transport: you are back home at the end of the day, there is no overnight stay in the truck. You work in day shifts, with start times between 04:00 and 06:00 and a workday ending between 14:00 and 16:00. The role requires independence, planning, and oversight: you are responsible for timely and careful delivery at each stop.

• Valid driving license CE
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CE driver
• Strong communication skills and a keenness to learn (willing to learn Dutch)
• Own transport preferred, due to the travel distance to Ommel
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (verbal and written)

• Gross base hourly wage: € 17.73 - € 20.06 (depending on classification)
• Allowance for the first 40 hours: 5.77%
• Overtime allowance: the first 2 overtime hours per week 25%, all hours above 42 hours per week 50% (calculated on the base hourly wage)
• 8% gross holiday allowance on the first 40 hours (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance at €0.18/km with a maximum of €9.00 per day
• Weekly payment
• 24 vacation days per year
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• Minimum workweek of 45 hours, with the possibility of overtime up to 55 hours per week
• Day shift: start times between 04:00 - 06:00, work until 14:00 - 16:00
