Your role in our team- Independently prepare high-quality meals for our restaurant, tapas concept, and large events/banquets
- Rotate between different stations and menus, keeping your work varied and engaging
- Contribute creative ideas for new recipes, menu development, and sustainability practices
- Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen
- Adhere to HACCP standards and ensure safe, efficient kitchen processes
- A chef who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Someone who brings energy, creativity, and a willingness to innovate in kitchen concepts
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP standards
