We're looking for an experienced functional consultant to drive transformation across our European Commerce & Marketing landscape. This role is based in Europe, preferably the Netherlands, but we're also open to candidates in Spain or Poland.
What you will do- Own commercial applications across the European region from a functional perspective
- Drive transformation towards harmonized European application landscape within Commerce & Marketing
- Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
- Define project scope, support vendor selection processes, and contribute to project planning
- Lead implementations from demand through go-live and handover to IT operations
- Manage relationships with key users, managers, project teams, solution architects, security teams, vendors and IT operations
- Drive functional governance of commercial applications and integrations from a business perspective

You'll play a key role in harmonizing commercial applications across Europe while working for a company that operates in over 150 countries worldwide. Who we're looking for- Bachelor's degree or higher education
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG environment with strong understanding of Route-to-Market processes
- Proven experience with commercial applications and end-to-end project delivery
- Solid understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS) and data architecture principles
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Experience with integrations between business applications
- Fluent English language skills
- SAP knowledge and automation skills are advantageous
