Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in construction management? I am looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects across our facilities. In this key role, you'll ensure the successful delivery of complex construction projects, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control.
Through our agency, you will receive a 9-month temporary contract with an external party.
- Lead the on-site execution of construction phase of Capex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget;
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards;
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to coordinate project milestones and resolve technical challenges;
- Oversee site logistics, permitting, inspections, and quality assurance processes;
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders;
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
Through our agency, you will receive a 9-month temporary contract with an external party.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 9 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract; however, we are not able to guarantee this. The location is Veghel, and hybrid working is possible.
- Salary will be around €5,000 - €6,000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week)
- Leave days;
- Travel expenses will be covered.

Functie eisen
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;* Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects;
* Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time;
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations;
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.
