Are you ready to take your career in a fresh direction? Our Partner WorkNomads is looking for Dutch & French-speaking Customer Advisors to cover our Western European night shift. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while supporting our customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Assist customers via phone and email across multiple projects during the night shift.
- Represent the brands with professionalism and energy.
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
- Work with customers to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their cases via email and outbound calls.
- Fluency in Dutch & French (written and spoken).
- Passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
- No prior experience? No problem! Full training is provided.
