As Customer Care Representative, you are the central link between customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, international environment within the medical and pharmaceutical packaging industry. You make sure that customer requests dont just land in the system, but are actively managed, prioritized, and translated into feasible production and delivery plans. You keep overview in complexity, connect the right people, and ensure everything keeps moving across the chain..
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing the full order process from intake to delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and proactively managing communication
- Translating customer needs into clear internal actions with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Product Specification
- Ensuring delivery dates and product specifications are realistic and aligned across the chain
- Handling complaints, returns, and rework in a structured and solution-oriented way
- Supporting technical customer requests, quotations, and sample coordination
- Working in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP / Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure accurate data and order flow
- Monitoring orders throughout production and escalating risks or delays in time
- Contributing to process improvements in a highly regulated production environment
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships, with increasing focus on direct (phone-based) communication
- Bachelors degree (e.g. Business Administration or similar)
- Around 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
- Experience with order management and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Able to keep overview and switch between priorities easily
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
