In this role, you will support a global technology leader, Nokia, by ensuring efficient shipment flows, resolving challenges, and building strong customer relationships. Join a dynamic environment where your ideas, accuracy, and proactive approach directly contribute to the success of worldwide supply chain operations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support customers with shipment updates, orders, and logistics solutions
- Collaborate with Transport, Planning, and Customs teams to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve logistics issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely task completion
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication
Working hours:
You will work from Monday till Friday in 2 shift system:
- 6:00 -15:00
- 13:00-22:00 or 15:00-24:00

Wat wij vragen- Previous experience working within logistics field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
- Customer - oriented, proactive, and patient when handling multiple questions
- A high level of accuracy and independency with ability to work under time pressure
