Within the organization, the MPT unit (Maintenance Products, Power Transmission and Tools & Equipment) provides solutions in the fields of maintenance, lubrication, and power transmission. Our entrepreneurial team of 35 people serves customers worldwide. This role combines the benefits of working in a small, close-knit team with the impact of an international company.
In this role, you will work in a small team, with 2 colleagues based in Singapore and 3 colleagues in Houten. The working language is English.
Over de functieJoin our dynamic Business Support department, where curiosity meets business insight and operational efficiency. You will play a central role in supporting customers worldwide and helping them succeed with our products.
As the face of this organisation towards the customer, you will communicate in a friendly, professional, and personal manner, creating meaningful interactions.
You will:
- Support customers in identifying root causes of issues and provide effective, timely solutions
- Collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide to gather information and resolve inquiries
- Maintain direct contact with suppliers and communicate customer-specific requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for quotations and general product inquiries
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term success
- Handle ordering and invoicing of new products
- Prospect of a permanent contract
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Salary range between €4,100 and €5,100 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
- 27 vacation days
- 13 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days
- Bonus scheme of up to 10% of annual salary
- Company laptop and phone
- Possibility to work from home
- Flexible working hours in consultation with your team
- Active staff association organizing monthly social events, plus an annual team outing
- MBO level of education and thinking (vocational level)
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Interest in a technical environment
- Familiarity with working in an ERP system
