Informatie

An EMEA country cluster of your own, direct influence on stock levels and product availability, and the opportunity to make planning smarter within an international organization. As a Demand Planner at Bausch + Lomb, you connect sales, finance and supply planning, ensuring that commercial plans can be put into practice. You'll join at a stage where processes and systems are continuing to develop. That gives you the opportunity to create structure, engage markets and make a visible contribution to a way of working that will later be used more broadly across the organization. Add hybrid working and a committed international team, and you have a role where your forecast reaches far beyond the system. Here, you'll grow both professionally and personally. Read on and apply.

You bring commercial expectations, financial plans and operational planning together. For your own country cluster within EMEA, you create short and long-term forecasts based on sales data, market developments and input from sales, marketing and finance. This gives the organization better control over product availability, stock levels, promotions and commercial decisions.

Your role is visible across the entire supply chain. You conduct monthly demand reviews, ask sharp questions about forecast accuracy and ensure market input is translated into reliable planning. As processes and systems are still developing, you'll have the space to create structure and bring colleagues along in a more focused way of working.

To fulfil this role successfully, you'll focus on:

  • Creating short and long-term demand forecasts for your EMEA country cluster, based on sales data, market trends and commercial input.
  • Leading monthly demand reviews with sales, marketing and finance, critically comparing promotional plans, financial forecasts and forecast accuracy.
  • Managing forecast data and master data in the planning system, ensuring supply planning and commercial teams work with reliable information.
  • Coordinating new product introductions, product phase-outs, stock risks and portfolio discussions with supply planning, logistics, regulatory affairs and other stakeholders.
  • Translating trends, risks and opportunities into clear reports and advice for management and commercial teams.
