You've already led a team. Now you're ready for a more strategic position. In this role at Bausch + Lomb, you'll steer the EMEA demand planning team and get the trust and freedom to shape forecasting at a strategic level. You'll operate at the highest level, work with international stakeholders, and directly impact the processes that matter, for operations, for your team, and for the millions of people who rely on our eye care solutions every day. This is your opportunity to combine leadership with content-driven impact in an organization that's moving forward.
