Why this role mattersThis is where insight becomes action. As our B2C Analyst, you support data-driven decision-making across all B2C channels: Retail, E-commerce, Digital Marketing & CRM, Site Merchandising, Site Experience, IT & UX and Marketplaces. You collect, analyse and interpret data to deliver clear, actionable insights that improve performance, customer experience and operational efficiency. You are not here to build dashboards that nobody uses.

You are here to help teams make smarter decisions every day, backed by data that is trusted.

What you’ll do
  • Gather and analyze data across B2C channels to spot trends, issues and optimisation opportunities;
  • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards that track key KPIs across the business;
  • Translate data into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams;
  • Analyze customer behavior to improve journey, engagement and conversion across channels;
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation: design, execution, analysis and learnings;
  • Help improve data quality, governance and consistency across platforms and reporting;
  • Support strategic projects with data-driven insights and structured analysis;
  • Contribute to forecasting and predictive analysis to anticipate customer behaviour and sales trends;
  • Work closely with B2C teams to embed insights into daily decisions.

What success looks like in your first year
  • Stakeholders rely on your reporting and insights because they are clear, consistent and actionable;
  • Dashboards and reports are adopted and used in weekly/monthly rhythms;
  • Your analyses lead to measurable improvements (conversion, engagement, trading performance or efficiency);
  • A/B tests produce learnings that actually change how we work;
  • Data definitions and quality improve, reducing noise and confusion across teams.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics / BI / data analysis, preferably in B2C retail or ecommerce;
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel and Power BI or Tableau;
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics, digital marketing analytics and retail performance;
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment;
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
