To fuel this next growth spurt, we're on the hunt for an Ecommerce Site Merchandiser who knows how to make products shine online — blending creativity, commercial thinking and data to drive conversion and customer engagement.
THE ROLE
• Make sure every product looks its best — from compelling images and accurate descriptions (in partnership with the site ops team), to smart placement and navigation.
• Keep product categories fresh, relevant and easy to shop — optimising filters, sorting and navigation to match consumer needs and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with the site experience and digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns, emails and landing pages all connect seamlessly.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal launches — ensuring every banner, product highlight and recommendation is on point.
• Monitor product and category performance using analytics tools, turning data into actionable insights that drive visibility and sales.
• Optimise internal search and product filtering so consumers can easily find what they’re looking for — improving discoverability and conversion.
• Partner with Buying & Planning to stay on top of stock levels, highlighting new arrivals, bestsellers and low-stock opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all online merchandising aligns with marketing campaigns and brand direction.
• Support site experiments to continuously improve how products are displayed and shopped.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Fashion, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in ecommerce or site merchandising, ideally within fashion in UK/ Western European markets.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and site merch tools.
• Skilled in web analytics tools (GA or similar) and confident using data to drive decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, product lifecycle management and UX principles.
• A customer-first mindset — always focused on optimising the online experience.
• Fluent in English — Spanish or other European languages are a plus
