English Speaking Operator (3-shifts)

Do you enjoy staying active during your workdays? And are you open to a job on a 3-shift schedule? Then this position is definitely for you!

As an operator, youre responsible for ensuring a smooth production process. Youll operate the packaging machines, make sure products are packed correctly, and step in when minor malfunctions occur. If you encounter technical issues you cant resolve on your own, youll contact the technical support team.

Youll work on a 3-shift schedule:

· Morning shift: 6:45 - 15:00 (on Mondays, youll start at 5:15);

· Afternoon shift: 14:45 - 23:00 (on Fridays, you work until 1:00);

· Night shift: 22:45 - 7:00.

During the week of the night shift, you work four days. On average, you therefore work 38.5 hours per week.

Youll be joining a dedicated family-owned business in Heteren where teamwork and mutual respect are top priorities. Youll be working alongside approximately 70 permanent colleagues and 40 employees from a sheltered workshop. The atmosphere is informal, colleagues are there for one another, and communication channels are direct.

The workplace in Heteren is easily accessible from Arnhem, Nijmegen, and Wijchen.

· A gross monthly salary between 3.000 and 3.350 based on a 40-hour workweek;
