As an operator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility in a 3-shift system. Working in a clean and professional environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will ensure the production process runs seamlessly, while adhering to protocols and safety regulations.
What You Will Do:
- Gathering: raw materials and production supplies to prepare for production runs
- Operating: machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
- Monitoring: production parameters and making adjustments to maintain optimal performance
- Performing: quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to ensure product standards
- Troubleshooting: technical issues on the line and ensuring accurate reporting of production activities
- A diverse and hands-on role in a clean, professional production environment
- Full-time work in a 3-shift system, with the possibility of permanent employment
- Starting monthly gross salary between €4125 – €4375 (incl. Shift allowance and yearly bonus, based on 40 hours/week)
- Opportunities for personal growth and promotion to senior roles
- 25 paid vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel reimbursement (with a maximum of 25 kilometres one way)

- MBO+ level of (technical) education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry
- A solid understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
- Technical skills to resolve machine-related issues
- Experience in leading a small team would be a plus
- You have your own accommodation and transport
- A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus
- Good command of the English language
