Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for the physical inspection of high-quality finished products, produced in both series and one-off manufacturing within a cleanroom environment. Each product consists of multiple components and production steps, making your role essential in ensuring top-level quality.

During the production process, you carry out in-line inspections and perform a 100% final check before products leave the production floor.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Checking customer orders before shipment;
  • Performing interim and final inspections to detect visual imperfections;
  • Verifying products against specifications and technical drawings;
  • Reading and interpreting working drawings and manuals;
  • Measuring and checking product dimensions against the work package;
  • Preparing deviation reports in case of internal discrepancies;
  • Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders on quality-related topics;
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to further enhance product quality.
You will be part of the Quality Control team in the cleanroom, playing a key role in the final stage of the production process and ensuring every product meets the highest standards. Wat we je bieden In addition to a responsible full-time role with the prospect of a permanent contract, you can expect:
  • An attractive salary between €3,850 and €4,064 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on experience;
  • 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer;

Functie-eisen We are looking for a structured and quality-driven professional with a technical background:
  • Completed technical education in a relevant field;
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals;
  • Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00);
  • Experience in quality control within a technical environment (high-tech is a plus);
  • Experience with measurement equipment;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Good command of English (Dutch is a plus);
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and structured working style;
  • Living in the Nijmegen area with own accommodation and transport.
