Experienced Logistics Specialist

In this role, you are responsible for the complex logistical processes within a high-output distribution center. You manage the flow of goods with precision, ensuring that inventory administration and physical movements are perfectly aligned. Your workday consists of operating heavy machinery, performing quality controls on high-value stock, and coordinating with the planning department to meet strict deadlines. You work independently and take full ownership of your assigned zone within the warehouse.

Tasks

• Operating reach trucks, forklifts, or EPTs with high precision.
• Executing complex order-picking processes without errors.
• Performing technical quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Managing digital inventory systems and processing administrative data.
• Coordinating loading and unloading procedures for international transport.
• Identifying and reporting bottlenecks in the logistical process.
• Maintaining strict safety and quality standards (HACCP/ISO).

We are looking for

• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in a professional logistics environment.
• Valid certificates for forklift, reach truck, or other relevant warehouse equipment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and hand scanners.
• Ability to work accurately under high pressure and meet strict KPIs.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• High level of discipline regarding attendance and safety regulations.
