Wat je gaat doen
As a factory worker / packer, you will be responsible for handling, lifting, and packing cheese blocks. You’ll work closely with your team to keep the production process safe and efficient.
- Packing sliced cheese blocks
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Reporting any malfunctions to your supervisor
- Collaborating with your colleagues during shifts
- Morning shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- Competitive gross hourly wage between €15.52 and €21.72
- Full-time hours available; part-time possible
- Work in 1,- 2,- or 3 shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
- Travel allowance from 10 km one-way
- Opportunity for permanent contract after temporary period
- Career growth options towards operator roles
- Friendly and stable work environment in a well-known company
- Available for 1,- 2,- or 3 shift schedule
- Living in or near the Kaatsheuvel (Waalwijk, Tilburg, or Breda)
- Minimum 3 days availability per week

You’ll work in a stable production team with clear tasks, fixed colleagues, and room to grow. Our team from Start People is available on-site multiple days per week and always reachable via WhatsApp if you have questions.
