As a factory worker in Lemmer, you help make concrete products from start to finish. Your main tasks are:
Together with your colleagues, you make products used in construction all over the country. You will receive training to improve your knowledge and learn to read technical drawings.
- Cleaning and oiling concrete molds so fresh concrete won't stick
- Preparing molds and placing reinforcement bars
- Pouring concrete and making sure everything is correct using technical drawings
- Working in a team to ensure production runs smoothly
- During your start, you will be trained in all tasks and get the chance to grow into operator roles

Functie eisen
- Available to work 32-40 hours per week in day shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Experience in construction is a plus
- Physically able to do the work
- MBO education level or similar work experience
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
- Driver's license and own transport
