Factory Worker Uniekaas

Wat je gaat doenEver wondered why the sliced cheese in supermarkets has no crust? That’s your work! As a Factory Worker at Uniekaas, you essentially perform two important roles in one:

• You lift 15 kg cheese blocks from the rack and place them onto pallets.
• You position the cheese blocks on your adjustable workstation. Using a high-tech shaving machine, you precisely remove the crusts. Once done, you place the cleaned cheese on a separate pallet and use an EPT to move it to the next production stage.

This is a fulltime position in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Wat we je bieden

• Base salary: €16,37 per hour
• Shift allowances: 30% for evening shifts (18:00–22:00), 40% for night shifts (22:00–07:00)
• Performance bonus: Earn up to €2,00 extra per hour based on your resultsGrowth opportunities, for example training options ( EPT license)
