The scent of freshly baked waffles and warm caramel fills the air here daily. At this artisanal, organic bakery in Gilze, a true Dutch delicacy is crafted with love and expertise: the stroopwafel. A permanent team, plenty of structure, and room to work flexibly with the hours.

You will be working at a production company in Gilze that produces stroopwafels. It is a close-knit work environment where quality is paramount and colleagues work well together. Work is carried out according to fixed procedures and with short lines of communication between the people on the floor.

As a flowpack packer, you are responsible for packaging products using a flowpacker. In addition to packing, your duties also include setting up and adjusting the machine. Currently, work is done during the day shift, with a start time around 09:00 AM until 17:30 PM. We are looking for people who are flexible in terms of working hours: it is expected that in the long term, work will be done in 2 shifts, a morning and a day shift. You work from Monday to Friday.

• Packaging products with a flowpacker
• Setting up and adjusting the flowpacker
• Supervising a smooth production process
• Signaling and resolving minor malfunctions
• Flexibly working in changing working hours
• Collaborating with colleagues on the production line

• Experience with flow packers is required
• Flexible working hours
• Physically capable
• Accurate and reliable work attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good command of Dutch and/or English language (Spoken and written)

• Gross hourly wage: € 15.66 - € 16.95 (depending on experience)
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment
• Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pensionable salary
• Day shift, start time around 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (eventually 2 shifts: morning and day shift)
