About the function
Take the lead on the shop floor as a Production Foreman, actively working alongside your team while ensuring smooth operations, motivated colleagues, and top-quality production!
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively participating in the production process alongside your team
- Serving as the main point of contact for your team during the shift
- Monitoring the production process and intervene in case of malfunctions
- Supporting colleagues, foster teamwork, and contribute ideas for improvements
Work schedule (two-shift system):
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:45
- Afternoon shift: 14:45 - 23:30
- You have previous experience working in a production environment (preferably in the food or technical industry)
- You possess technical knowledge/insight
- You have knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- You are proactive and perform well in a dynamic environment
- You have a good command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written
