Forklift Driver | Evening Shift

Looking for evening work with strong allowances and long-term stability? As a forklift driver in the crate washing department of a large chicken processing factory, you'll earn an average of €19.26 gross per hour (including allowances) while combining physical work with responsibility. Fixed evening hours, no rotating shifts.

You'll be working at a large and stable chicken processing factory, employing hundreds of people. Note: no slaughtering takes place at this factory — the company processes supplied chicken products into high-quality end products for the food industry. The organisation is known for its structured approach, modern facilities and strong focus on quality and food safety. You'll join a professional and international work environment where collaboration and reliability are key. With good performance, there is the possibility of direct employment with the client after 12 months.

As a forklift driver, you'll work in the crate washing department of the chicken factory during the evening shift. Your task: bringing pallets of dirty crates — used to transport chicken products — to the washing machine, then removing the clean crates and returning them to storage. The work requires precision and a steady pace to keep the supply flowing smoothly. You may occasionally be assigned other expedition tasks, such as loading and unloading or scanning products. You work independently, think ahead, and flag issues early.

• Experience with forklift driving

• Base gross hourly wage: €17.31

• Average gross hourly wage incl. allowances: €19.26

• ADV allowance: 5.77% (€1.00 per hour)

• Additional 30% allowance on all hours worked after 21:00

• Overtime allowance: 125% for the first 2 hours per week, 150% thereafter — calculated over the base gross hourly wage

• 8% holiday allowance, paid out weekly

• Travel allowance: €0.18/km, max €9.00 per day

• Weekly salary payment

• 24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)

• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension base

• Minimum 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime
