Are you a true all-rounder who wants to roll up their sleeves both in the workshop and on-site? For a specialized company in custom facade elements, windows, and doors in Oud-Gastel, we are looking for an all-round frame fitter. Alternating work between the workshop and on-site assembly, with in-house production and a focus on quality.
Waar je komt te werken:You will be working at a specialized company in custom facade elements, windows, and doors made of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The company has its own modern workshop where all elements are produced in-house, ensuring short delivery times and good quality assurance. You will work on a variety of projects, from new construction to renovations, with a lot of design freedom for the client. Quality, precision, and a good final finish are central here.
Wat je gaat doen:As an all-round frame fitter, you will work alternately at the workshop and on-site. At the workshop, you will assist with the assembly and preparation of frames, windows, and doors. On-site, you will be responsible for the installation at the client's location. Because you will be traveling regularly to installation sites, a driver's license is mandatory. Your working hours vary: for on-site installation, you typically start around 06:00 and work until approximately 17:00, while at the workshop, you start a bit later, around 08:00-09:00, and then work for 8 hours. In both cases, you always work 40 hours per week.
- Installing frames, windows, and doors on-site
- Assisting with assembly and preparation at the workshop
- Working according to drawings and work instructions
- Ensuring a neat and high-quality finish
- Traveling to installation sites (driver's license required)
- Collaborating with colleagues, both at the workshop and on-site
- Experience with assembling frames/facade elements is a plus
- Technical insight and meticulous work attitude
- Driver's license B required
- Flexible working hours (depending on workplace or on-site assembly)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (spoken and written)
- Gross hourly wage: € 16.00 - € 18.00 (depending on experience)
- Travel time is paid
- 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km
- Weekly payment
- 25 vacation days per year
- 5% extra allowance on top of your hours
- Pension accrual of 23.4% of the pension base
- 40 hours per week, working hours varying between workplace and assembly on location
