Business Strategy & Marketing Leadership

  • Lead the marketing and business pack strategy to secure and drive category growth agenda;
  • Define the consumer and brand value proposition, ensuring all innovations deliver tangible brand, business, and sustainability benefits;
  • Build robust, fact-based business cases in partnership with Finance, R&I, Operations, and Sustainability and Local CBU teams to guide project prioritization and investment decisions;
  • Provide clear marketing inputs and guardrails to ensure innovations align with global brand platforms and consumer expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Integration

  • Act as the marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams (R&I, Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, and Design);
  • Partner closely with Strategic & Insights and User Experience teams to embed consumer understanding and design thinking throughout the process;
  • Ensure all marketing-related activities (concept testing, claims development, packaging design, communication readiness, etc.) are executed on time, within budget and with excellence;
  • Collaborate with Country Business Units (CBUs) to ensure market relevance, readiness, and successful translation of global innovations into local activation plans.

Portfolio & Brand Impact

  • Support the integration of new pack formats within the existing brand and portfolio strategy working with brand team and sales team to anticipate brand storytelling and positioning implications + trade sell-in.

You will receive a temporary contract for 6 months through our agency, with the possibility of extension.

The rate for this Vacancy is a maximum of 140 euros (all-inclusive)

Functie eisen

Experience & Background

* 10 years of experience in marketing and innovation roles, preferably within early life nutrition category;
* Proven experience in innovation or ideally packaging transformation projects, at global or regional level;
* Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand equity, and business model creation;
* Experience collaborating across global-local teams and multi functional project environments.

Skills & Competencies

* Strategic thinker able to connect brand, consumer, and business priorities;
* Analytical and fact-based mindset with strong ability to interpret data, build business cases, and drive evidence-based decisions;
* High resilience and ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities;
* Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, capable of aligning cross-functional and cross-country teams;
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
