Greenhouse worker

As a greenhouse worker, you will play a key role in cultivating fruit crops such as tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and eggplants. Your main tasks will include:

• Gluing, packing, and stacking produce
• Cleaning floors and possibly the deck
• Sorting plant batches and preparing them for shipment
• Assisting with preparations for the new growing season and general greenhouse duties
• Working closely with a small team to transport grown plants to other departments

You’ll work Monday through Friday (and occasionally Saturdays) from 06:00 to a maximum of 16:00 during the season.

To work as a greenhouse worker in De Lier, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in greenhouse work (preferably with vegetables)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Own transport and accommodation

• Salary from € 15,72 per hour
• Bonuses - 160% Saturday / 200% Sunday
• Overtime 140% over 38 hours
• 8.33% vacation pay, 25 vacation days per year
• Travel allowance
• Weekly payments
