We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Digital Experience Manager to temporarily join our Digital Transformation team during a maternity leave cover from December 2025 to March 2026.
In this role, you will oversee the management of our digital experience ecosystem—including our websites, games and company app, and key digital platforms (PIM, DAM, etc) - while leading a dedicated team of three. You will ensure continuity across our digital initiatives, align priorities with business needs, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders across the Jumbo Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coordination
· Lead, coach, and support a team of three digital specialists across multiple platforms.
· Ensure clear communication and alignment within the team during the interim period.
Core project priorities:
· Websites: support the team in implementing and advancing our website strategy to strengthen brand and product presence online.Oversee the continued integration of various brand websites to ensure a consistent consumer experience.Align website priorities with internal plans and group-level objectives.
· App: support the team in improving the Hitster app, focusing on enhancing user and consumer experience.Coordinate the development of the 2026 roadmap, including current improvements and potential future app projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Platforms (PIM, DAM, etc): Support ongoing improvement projects by ensuring alignment with business needs and digital priorities.Facilitate clear and effective communication among involved teams and stakeholders. Oversee the roll-out of some projects across the organization.
Governance & Communication:
· Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Digital Transformation Director and the DT Management team.
· Act as a communication bridge between the Digital Transformation team and other business stakeholders.
· Participate in (and occasionally lead) meetings with the Digital Transformation teams and other stakeholders to ensure visibility on project status and priorities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience in digital project management or digital experience management, ideally within an international environment.
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.
· Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
· Familiarity with digital ecosystems such as PIM, DAM, CRM, and App development is a strong advantage.
· Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
