TasksWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our fine dining kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in meat and green chops, sauce preparation, and independent food processing, including meat marinating. You will prepare refined wok-based main courses and side dishes, while contributing creatively to the development of new dishes.
A high standard of hygiene, precision, and the ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen is a must.
RequirementsEducational level: from MBO level 3, 4 diploma or a suitable culinary arts diploma.
This role requires culinary craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for excellence in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Demonstrates a cooperative and team-oriented attitude during work shifts.
Able to work effectively, positively, proative and take initiatives under pressure and adapt to daily operational tasks when neccessary.
Shows a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Moderate proficiency in both English and Dutch.
